Locals observed large ice chunks measuring up to seven centimeters in particular locations. The Bureau of Meteorology confirmed that different parts across the state had been affected by substantial ice precipitation.

Damp conditions were predicted to continue along much of the state's eastern regions this next several days as a weather pattern continued to pull in damp air against the coastal areas.
Tomorrow was forecast to be the wettest day, with persistent severe weather risk expected across various areas of both states.

Public health experts alerted that there was an greater possibility of thunderstorm-induced asthma across the northern rural areas, specifically given the existing atmospheric conditions.
